Food & Beverages:

Are kids allowed to bring food from home?

Camp Mirdif will provide snacks and lunch throughout the day. To facilitate the operations, and avoid food hygiene issues, we are asking parents not to send food with their little ones, with the exception of food allergy cases.

Are you providing healthy meals?

Meals are provided by our partners Carluccios and Johnny Rockets with 5 different meals a week that will nourish your little ones day.

Are you providing nut or gluten free meals?

No, in those cases, kindly send your child meals with him/her.

Transportations:

Do you provided bus services?

Yes we do provide transport from / to Mall of Emirates. Pick up will be from Ski Dubai at 8:30 am and drop off also at Ski Dubai at 6:00 PM. For more details, please contact 05061779810

Where is the drop off / pick up zone?

Kids need to be dropped and picked up from Camp Mirdif Registration desk in-front on iFLY Dubai

What happens if a parent is late picking up the kid?

We are giving a buffer of 30min, beyond which there will be an additional charge to be settle upon picking up your little one.

Safety:

What is adult/kid ratio applying to Camp Mirdif?

There will be 1 adult trained on Child Safety per 10 kids. We will also have first aiders as part of Camp Mirdif crew.

If my child is not comfortable participating into an activity, can he skip it?

Yes of course. We will try to engage children as much as possible within their group, however we will never force a child who is not willing to participate into a specific activity.

In case of an emergency, what is your course of action?

We will first try to get in touch with you to know what would be your preferred course of action. However in case a parent can not be reached you permit our staff to provide the right medical assistance and if need be, consult a DR or ambulance services on your behalf.

Rescheduling/ Refund:

Once I have paid for the camp, can I exchange the tickets to other dates or eventually get a refund?

Camp Mirdif tickets are valid for specific dates and time. All tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable, non-transferable.
